Reservation request.
After sending your reservation request, you will receive a price proposal for your stay. This amount will be offered by the owner of the accommodation and through La 21ème Planche . A rental contract will be established between you and the owner.

Special conditions will be offered to you in order to make your reservation. We recommend that you plan your request in advance.

Rental agreement.
The contract must reach us as soon as possible in order to be able to block the dates of your stay. A deposit check as well as an identity document will also be requested. The conditions, particularly in the event of cancellation, will be specified in the contract.
Last minute reservation request.
If you wish to book accommodation in the next 7 days, we will offer you special conditions, in particular in order to be able to send the deposit.

The rates.
We guarantee you cheaper rates than on booking platforms for the dates requested. A global price including the price of the nights, the cleaning costs as well as the tourist tax will be proposed to you. No commission will be requested from you by La 21ème Planche or the owner.
